For years now the internet has been a very productive tool for realtors and real estate agents to capture home buyers and home sellers. Moving into the new age of the internet (Web 2.0) Blogging and Social Media have ignited and real estate agent and realtor that are on in are reaping the benefits.
So what is blogging? Simple. Blogging is just talking about what you do and posting this information to your wordpress site. So what’s wordpress? It’s your website and your blog fused in one! Now I know what your thinking? This sounds too complicated or I’m not tech savvy…I can’t do this stuff. With that attitude yes you won’t be able to but if you don’t have that attitude this stuff is CAKE!
I have a close friend in the real estate industry and he is an older gentlemen and yes he can BLOG! Blogging I consider like Facebook on Steroids. If you know how to write a status update on Facebook, you can blog…it’s that simple!
So no excuses on this subject Realtors need to get married to the idea of Blogging on WordPress.
