Can you have too much exposure selling your home? Can you have too much exposure selling your home?

With our over-powered marketing plan for home sellers, it may seem like we are giving your home too much exposure and some think that this is bad. With all the different marketing techniques we have like our ad in the LA times for each house( our featured home this week is 431 Rigsby La Habra, CA), Open houses( we are actually doing one today on this home from 12:00PM-2:00PM), Virtual Tours, MLS, Email  Marketing, Leveraging Social Media like: Facebook, Twitter & YouTube, Mass Text Messaging and that’s just to name a few! …This does no harm to you as a seller.

Really think about it for a second, does having multiple buyers for your homes present another value than just people seeing your home? It does. This strategy gives you the opportunity to sell you home for Top Dollar even in a down market because you now have multiple buyers interested in your home.

Just a simple understanding of supply and demand; if the commodity is low on supply and an overage of buyers the price goes up! So do you still think that you can  have too much exposure selling your home?

The Answer should be NO!
